2002: Baseball in Comparison

During my first year of college at the University of Cincinnati(external link), I was mixed in with people from other majors, learning the basics of design. The second year is when we were broken off into our specific majors and started taking major-related classes.
This project was created during the class in which I learned about Interface Design(external link) for the first time. One could almost say that this was a pre-cursor to my Baseball+Society Capstone/Senior project.
The purpose of 2002: Baseball in Comparison is to compare the top 10 players from the American League and National League in 5 different categories: Batting Average, Runs Batted In (RBI), Home Runs, Walks (BB), and Strike Outs (K). If I was able to fully complete this project, you would be able to click on each player's name and see their career statistics. However, I was unable to because of time constraints, and therefore only Manny Ramirez is clickable, under American League > Batting Average.
